I'm Ellen McCarthy of Port Charlotte, Florida. It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and Englewood areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. I am a former resident of Atlanta, Georgia of 32 years. During the 70's and 80's I owned and operated a beauty salon, beauty supply company and a fashion shop. I also held a Georgia state insurance license and a federal securities license. After the 80's I sold the businesses and got my real estate license and helped my husband, Terry, in custom home building. In 1996 we bought a home in Port Charlotte. After 14 trips back and forth to Atlanta we made the final move, May 1998 to "PARADISE".

I have been selling real estate in Charlotte County for nine years now. I would love to be your listing agent or work with you as a buyer’s agent. With my experience in new home construction I can help you find the right builder and answer most construction questions.
